ALL orders require a non-refundable deposit to secure your order. Orders must be submitted at least 1-2 weeks in advance notice. Any order submitted with only 5 days notice will receive a $10 rush fee. Due to safety reasons, exact pick up location is sent out AFTER a deposit has been made. Remaining balance must be sent prior to arrival.

All orders require a $20 non-refundable deposit. Orders are not considered booked until a deposit has been submitted.

Orders over $100 require 50% of their total as a deposit. ($20 is still non-refundable)

Due to orders being fully customized, there will be no refunds or exchanges. Once an order is in your possession, you are fully responsible. Cake care instructions will be given.

Please understand when submitting inspiration pictures that the final outcome will not 100% like the photo. All orders are customized and are completed to the best of my ability. Please be as detailed as possible when inquiring.

If for any reason, you no longer need you order, please give no later than a weeks notice. Full refunds will not be given. (Your $20 deposit is non-refundable). If credit has been given, you are allowed to place another order using the credit within 1 year.
